Ok so looks like I may have torn my rotator cuff and exercise is going to be out for awhile. I may even need surgery...ugh damn yoga...i treated it like a competitive sport! Anyway, looks like a pound a week will have to be my motto for awhile

I am so sorry Kelly! That is so frustrating! I hurt my shoulder doing presses about two weeks ago and that annoyed the hell out of me for two week-I can't imagine a tare! (is that how to spell tare? -it does not look right!) Ok, I did it Jen!

Down .5 today-at least it is a down! Have not been the perfect WW chick this week!! Darn those caramel squares! At least half the Christmas "Bloat" is gone now!
YEAH!!! I posted. Tomorrow I have weigh in.. Aunt Flo came into town today so I hope it doesn't screw me up. I have had a great week wtih the program but not feeling so skinny.
Mary!! That's AWESOME!! And good job Kel! Every little bit counts! I didnt get a chance to weigh-in this past week, so I am looking forward to weighing in Wednesday and actually staying for a meeting!
It worked Jen! I just came from my meeting and I am down another 2.2 lbs. I have really been working hard and it has paid off!

I did it about 10 years ago lifting weights and ignored it...then did it again 3 weeks ago in a crazy yoga pose...ims o bummed
